The Department reserves the right to cancel the contract due to non-appropriation of funds or failure to comply with terms and conditions. Any amendments to the contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties. The contract also prohibits the assignment, delegation, or subcontracting of the contract without the written consent of the Department.
