The Contractor is required to provide a Payment Schedule and submit Pay Request Applications to the Architect/Engineer on a monthly basis. The Contractor is also required to provide various bonds and certifications as required by the Contract Documents. Additionally, the Contractor must perform at least 5% of the total work with forces that are in the direct employment of their organization. The agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior negotiations or agreements. It can only be amended or changed by a Modification. If any provision of the contract is deemed invalid, it will not invalidate the entire agreement, but only pertain to the specific provision. The document is signed by a representative of Loudoun County and a representative of the Contractor.
