The contractor consents to waiver of service of process in an action pending in the Loudoun County Circuit Court. The contract and any amendments or renewals may be executed in counterparts, and each counterpart signature is treated as if executed upon one original. Facsimile or electronic mail signatures are binding. The document also includes the signatures of the representatives from the County of Loudoun and the contractor, as well as the approval as to form by the Assistant County Attorney. The addendum includes a notice to bidders, which provides changes and additions to the original IFB. It modifies the inspection of the site by providing an additional site inspection opportunity on a specific date and time. The document also includes an acknowledgment section with the date and the contracting officer's signature.
