If the contractor submits a schedule or expresses an intention to complete the work earlier than required, the county will not be liable for any costs or delays if the contractor is unable to meet the earlier date. The county's duties and obligations are only applicable to the required milestone and completion dates. It is important to note that omissions and errors in the approved Construction Schedule will not excuse performance that is not in compliance with the contract. This means that even if there are mistakes or missing information in the schedule, the contractor is still expected to fulfill their obligations as outlined in the contract.
