Invoices should be marked as either "partial" or "final," and any parts and/or material line items exceeding $100 require a copy of the Contractor's supplier's invoice(s) for submission. The second section provides the scope of work for the maintenance, repair, and programming services for the MetaSys Building Automation System at Hennepin County facilities. The Contractor is responsible for maintaining, repairing, programming, and enhancing the system and its components, including but not limited to Global Control Modules, Local Control Modules, and GX-Line Hardware. These services should be performed in compliance with manufacturer's specifications, recommended procedures, and building codes. The services include pneumatic temperature control and direct digital controls related to the MetaSys system, engineering support, technical/programming support, training support, system enhancements and installation support, preventive maintenance support, and other services related to the operation of the system and HVAC controls and equipment. The Contractor is required to install and repair various hardware and software components of the MetaSys system.
