This document is a contract agreement between the County of DuPage, Illinois and a contractor for the provision of goods and/or services specified in Bid #15-068 for the County's Department of Facilities Management. The contract can be amended by mutual agreement, and the County is entitled to attorney's fees if legal action is required to enforce the contract. There is also a severability clause stating that if any portion of the contract is deemed invalid, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining portions of the contract.
