Overview
Presentation will discuss five key phases of a project lifecycle areas that if you manage effectively, you can tangibly reduce the level of risk to your S2P project. These areas are Plan, Mobilize, Execute, Deploy and Sustain. The focus is on public sector; however, these apply to any organization. The approach to the rest of the presentation will be centered on the Do’s and Don’ts for each of the five phases. The intent is to be able to assess where you own project may be and how you may be able to reduce Risk throughout the project.What You'll Learn
