Overview

Covid-19 has impacted everyone's work life and home life.  Where most of us had our routine for transitioning between our working world and our home life, suddenly we find ourselves a bit out of sync.  Are you struggling to manage thru the impacts Covid-19 has brought to your working environment?  Are you working through how best to manage your remote workforce?  Are you still trying to figure out how to manage these two worlds from the confines of a single place?  These are trying times and it can be difficult to engage with your peers, your staff, your customers, your suppliers...even your community from your home.  In this two-part series, our panel of experts will be discussing experiences and key practices for effectively creating and maintaining a healthy remote culture for your entity.  Part One of the series will focus on the 3 Ps of the human side of a remote workforce: People/Performance, Policies and Procedures and Processes.

Cancellation Policy

Registration and payment must be received 24 hours prior to the course start date. After this time, registrations will be based on space availability.  A full refund, less a $75 administrative fee will be given for cancellations made in writing 31+ days prior to the seminar date by emailing RegistrationInfo@nigp.org. No refunds are given for cancellations received within 24 hours of the seminar start date. There are no refunds for no-shows. If the seminar is cancelled for any reason, NIGP's liability is limited to the registration fee only.  

Attendee substitutions within the same agency may be done at any time with email notification to NIGP. If attending via scholarship, please provide documentation verifying the scholarship issuer's name and contact information in lieu of payment information.
