No matter where you are in your leadership journey, there’s a program for you at Leadership Summit. Emerging Leaders will step into their leadership skillset via one-on-one coaching in the Edge program, while mid to senior level leaders work together to create solutions for today’s most pressing workforce challenges. Chapter leaders will learn to utilize NIGP’s Chapter Dashboard while solidifying four key pillars for success.
While each individual program has virtual elements, Leadership Summit itself is an in-person event from February 22 - 24 in Houston, TX. All participants must attend the in-person event to receive full credit for their specific program.
