Government Procurement Magazine - October/November 2018

The October/November issue of Government Procurement magazine provides a recap and review of the 2018 NIGP Forum, which was held in Nashville, Tennessee in August, 2018. It includes NIGP individual award winners, Chapter of the Year award winners, and Chapter Excellence award winners.
