With two components, one open to individual members, and the other open to chapter affiliates, the Workforce Development program will help recipients take the next step in creating individualized learning roadmaps. The goal of these roadmaps is to help members be more strategic and develop mid-to-long term plans to shape your careers.

NIGP is providing members with scholarships for those interested in taking the next career step, $1,250 towards creating a Pathways competency development plan to help in their current role or move into a new job role. These scholarships are geared towards individuals who would otherwise not attend due to lack of funding.
