DescriptionWhat is the position? Under the general direction of the Economic and Business Development Officer, the Business Recruitment/Retention Specialist recruits new businesses to Cape Coral and helps retain and expand existing local businesses. The position is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of the City's Economic Development Office (EDO) activities.
What education and experience do you need?
• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance or Business; or High School Diploma/GED and four (4) additional years of related experience.
• Six (6) years of experience in increasingly responsible experience in purchasing administration utilizing competitive bidding systems, RFQ, and RFP.
