Develops, coordinates, and processes contracts ensuring legal, policy, and procedural compliance. Assists department in preparing requests for proposals (RFP's) and bids. RequirementsGraduation from high school; AND Four (4) years of governmental contracting or purchasing and inventory control process experience; OR Two (2) years of college course work in business administration, accounting, engineering or related work; AND Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in contract development and management or purchasing and inventory control process experience; OR Any satisfactory combination of work, education, training, or experience relevant to the position, as determined by Marion County.
