DescriptionUnder general supervision, the Administrative Coordinator performs complex special projects and related work, as required, to ensure the department functions effectively. Provides administrative support to upper management and executive level staff as needed.
RequirementsKnowledge of: Department policies and procedures; budget management and development principles and practices; customer service etiquette; general office practices and procedures; basic accounting procedures; conflict resolution methods and techniques. Skill in: Communicating clearly both verbally and in writing; working independently and as part of a team; operating a computer and related software to include word processing and spreadsheet application; prioritizing and completing multiple tasks simultaneously; Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Experience: Five (5) year of progressively responsible clerical experience which includes some experience providing direct managerial staff support. Any work related experience resulting in acceptable proficiency levels in the above Minimum Qualifications is an acceptable substitute for the above specified education and experience requirements.
