The North Central Texas Council of Governments Transportation Department is seeking a versatile entry-level Contracts and Risk Specialist to coordinate contract, procurement, risk, and compliance activities for its transportation and air quality programs.

Due to the pandemic, the North Central Texas Council of Governments is currently permitting employees to work a hybrid schedule that consists of the equivalent of a minimum of three days per week in the NCTCOG offices in Arlington, Texas, and two days remotely from home within the Dallas-Fort Worth Region. The planning area for transportation includes the 12 counties of Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, and Wise.
