This person will act as our p-card administrator, handle intake & sales of County vehicles, and be the initial point of contact for vendors, staff, and the general public for the Purchasing Department. Performs buying work of moderate difficulty in the procurement of supplies, equipment, and service in compliance with County, State, and Federal. Must be proficient in writing with excellent attention to detail, high level of ethics, and must have the flexibility to prioritize and be able to manage time efficiently to maximize output. Reports directly to the Purchasing Officer.


Must be proficient in email, online ordering, word, and excel. Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Vendor Registry, New World Logos.Net, and Beehives is a plus.
