A component of The Procurement Cycle course, NIGP’s Contract Administration Phase module teaches learners how to create and ensure the successful execution of a contract within the necessary timing and budgetary constraints. Learners will discuss the responsibilities for procurement professionals, identify legal reasons for termination and the types of payment involved in the procurement process.
