Leadership Summit was a 3-day immersive learning experience designed around 5 broad topical themes that are most critical to the modern procurement leader’s organizational strategy. These interactive workshops were led and facilitated by procurement thought leaders and industry experts within each theme and required full participation from attendees to drive meaningful and actionable results.
Given the interactive nature of these sessions, attendee participation was crucial to the experience. The workshop sessions were built to maximize collaboration and dialogue for a fully engaging learning experience where the Wisdom of The Crowd drives successful outcomes. During each successive day of the conference, attendees dived deeper and explored more of the intricacies and nuances of the theme. Working within their theme grouping, attendees co-created an action plan of the most salient and actionable ideas that they will implement within their organizations. The themes were the following:
