More and more entities are recognizing how quickly the world, the workforce, and the way we work, are changing. As a result, executives are looking for individuals who can lead change, implement revolutionary strategies, and create a new paradigm in the entity. In fact, the call for radical change has never been louder than it is right now. As a result, procurement leadership is being challenged, and must be ready, to deliver innovative approaches, execute continuous improvement, break down barriers, and engage staff to drive this evolution. Sure, change management is about managing the process of “making changes,” but what does it take, and how do you prepare to take on this role?

What You'll Learn

After completing this online training session, learners will be able to:
1. Learn how to transition through change more effectively
2. Gain insights on how to support their team through the change process
3. Leave the actionable tips on how to drive better outcomes
