Overview

Globally, we continue to tackle the impacts of a socially distanced workforce and adjust the cornerstones of our business operations. During Part 1 of our webinar series, we focused on human resources; the impacts to the people and performance.  In Part 2 of our series, we will focus on the impact to business operations, specifically how we are managing the impacts to policy, technology and supplier relations.  We continue to refine our management of this new season, and how best to engage and build relationships with our peers, our staff, our customers, our suppliers...even our community.  Our panel of experts will be sharing their own experiences with challenges and ways you can leverage these opportunities to create better business operations.

What You'll Learn

After completing this online training session, learners will be able to:

1.  Policy: to reinforce the importance of making and documenting policy changes for more effective and efficient          virtual operations
2.  Technology: to streamline virtual business operations through the use of technology
3.  Supplier Relations:  to acknowledge the impact of policy changes on our supplier community and recognize the          need to strategically partner with the supplier community.
