I love our staff and the support we get from all the District’s administrators, teachers and staff. Our students are totally AWESOME and we love purchasing what they need every day to become the best people they can be!

The City of Palm Bay, Florida celebrates Procurement Month

The County of York, VA was "Cookin' up Savings" for Procurement Month. 

Throughout the month of March, ‘Cookie Crumb’ emails were sent to the departments with ‘small bites’ of information about how to purchasing goods and services. At the end of the month, the Purchasing Team had an educational and fun cookie bake-off with studio audience participation! The event attendees were challenged to figure out which method of procurement was used by the ‘bakers’ to make certain purchases for their cookies. Everyone was a winner with enhanced Procurement knowledge….and, cookies!!

The Bureau of Procurement and Contract Administration with the Department of Juvenile Justice, Tallahassee, FL celebrates Procurement Month.

With a yearly responsibility overseeing approximately $320 million in contracting activities for the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ), BPCA plays a crucial role. Our bureau is tasked with crafting procurement and contract documents at the request of the relevant Assistant Secretary’s office, managing the procurement process, and offering technical guidance to department personnel regarding procurement and contract matters.

The dedicated members of the BPCA Team tirelessly work to procure services tailored to the unique needs of the youth under the department's care and through its prevention programs, ensuring their success and that of their families. Join us in commemorating National Procurement Month and strengthening our collaborative efforts towards a better community.

The Port of Portland, OR celebrates Procurement Month with their first ever Procurement Month event

The City of Mesa, AZ celebrated Procurement Month with a Proclamation from our Mayor, Procurement 101 training, and a Reverse Vendor Trade Show.
