NIGP has partnered with Tradition Energy to assist government entities with understanding their current situation and options as it relates to energy procurement. This Standard Market Analysis includes the following services and deliverables:
One of the key services provided by Tradition Energy is the coordination of the energy procurement process for governmental entities. If an entity chooses to select Tradition to coordinate their procurement process during the 12 months following completion of a Standard Market Analysis, any fees earned from the analysis will be taken into consideration with regards to any fees earned for coordinating the procurement.
Work will commence after execution of contract or issuance of purchase order with anticipated completion of within 3-4 weeks.
By joining NIGP, entities can realize a savings for the review and gain the benefits of NIGP membership.
TClient agrees to provide Tradition with Client’s historic energy data, and to authorize current energy suppliers of Client to provide such information to Tradition. Tradition shall be permitted to use such information to provide the Services for Client. Additionally, Client will work with Tradition to provide documents such as energy contracts for review (preferably electronically), and be available for questions and clarifications. The Client also has responsibility to ensure that payments are made in accordance with NIGP payment terms.
Full payment from the Client will be due upon receipt of the Energy Market Analysis. NIGP’s payment terms are net 30.
