Seminar Description:
Government procurement officials have become increasingly challenged to make decisions with fewer knowledge resources. Every business choice may lead to long-term low value nightmares. Issues surrounding technology trends, required levels of expertise and solution implementation are paramount in the field of eProcurement and Public School procurement. The TIPPs Symposium (Tremendous Ideas for Procurement Professionals) provides each participant the opportunity to define the needs, assess their situation and evaluate approaches that may prove to be effective for their needs. With separate workshop presenters geared toward like minded professionals in the community, TIPPS allows participants from similar professional backgrounds to network in an open learning environment, whether your time is devoted to technology or in the K-12 arena. Take a few minutes to register and save yourself time in the long run.

Don't miss this opportunity to:

Hear professionals and colleagues offer first-hand perspectives on implementing, managing and developing systems as solutions
Network with contemporaries and interact in a free exchange of ideas
Identify the advantages and disadvantages of a variety of approaches
Participate in valuable dialogue between the experts and the decision-makers
Participate in panel discussions
Take advantage of the NIGP Knowledge Communities members’ skills and experiences.

Within its membership, NIGP has found a strong cadre of eProcurement and K-12 experts who are enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge with fellow practitioners. These knowledge communities offer respected practitioners in their field of expertise who will come together at this Symposium to give presentations and facilitate discussions based on their experiences. This Symposium will allow attendees to begin to develop their own strategy for success in the current climate of change.
